Before I discovered Emotional Regulation...

I was doing all the “right” things.

I built a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry. I checked every box. I led teams. I looked confident.

ut inside? I was holding it all together with sheer willpower—performing, pleasing, overthinking, overfunctioning.

And when I became a mom, the pressure to “do it all” without falling apart became too much.I realized what I was missing wasn’t a mindset shift.

It was nervous system safety.

Before I discovered Emotional Regulation...

I stopped asking, “What’s wrong with me?” and started asking, “What do I need right now?”That’s when I stopped spiraling.

That’s when I started leading—not just in my work, but in my life.
